The website will be developed on WordPress CMS using GPL plugins. All used plugins will be either created by or modified by the JSMedia7 in-house development team or a GPL version purchased from a third party.

The Client is responsible for the renewal of the license of all used plugins in the MND Project if he chooses to use a licensed version of third party plugins.

The “handover” date will be the date on which JSMedia7 will deliver the Admin Username & Password of the website to the client.

Any extra work required to add functionalities/design which falls outside the purview of this proposal will be charged at the rate of ₹800/hr

The development team will provide training for seven (7) days after the successful handover to the client to make them acquainted with the dashboard of the website.

The development team will give a free of charge service for a time period of one month from the date of handover in case of breakdown of the website.

In case of website breakdown after one month of handover JSMedia7 reserves the right to charge the client at a rate decided mutually by the client and the JSMedia7 Team.

Not in the Scope of Project

The responsibilities of applying regular updates, creating daily backups, restoration from backup, changing text/image/colour after final handover, adding/editing functionalities/design elements after final handover, creating graphics.

Timeline of Project

Once the project has been accepted by the client the client has to make an upfront payment (henceforth called as Advance Fee) of 20% of the project cost or ₹2000 whichever is more.

On the successful payment of the Advance Fee, the JSMedia7 Team will start working on the design of the website. During this phase, the client has to provide the literature and images to be used on the website.

Designing the website may take a maximum time of 5 days. Delays that may occur due to the non-cooperation of the client will not be counted in the duration of project development.

After the design has been approved by the client the JSMedia7 Team will start working on adding the functionalities to the MND Project. Each design rework will allow JSMedia7 Team additional 2 days for the project development.

Adding functionalities to the website may take a maximum time of 5 days.

JSMedia7 pledges a maximum of 10 days for the final handover of the website to the client from the date of Advance Fee payment with an error margin of 2 days without counting the delays and additional days for designing, if applicable.

The Advance Fee is non-refundable once JSMedia7 Team starts working on the project.
